This is not a formal training role, instead, you’ll be embedded with the team onsite, helping drive day-to-day adoption, answering questions in real time, and upskilling users organically. The goal is simple: help teams get comfortable using Jira and Confluence Cloud and ensure they’re set up for long-term success. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide onsite, hands-on support to teams adopting Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud Guide users through day-to-day usage (creating tickets, workflows, dashboards, reporting, etc.) Help onboard teams into Jira Cloud and ensure proper setup and usage Answer ad hoc questions and troubleshoot issues in real time Partner with stakeholders to improve adoption and best practices Support light configuration where needed (workflows, boards, permissions, etc.) Act as a go-to Atlassian expert for the client during the engagement What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience working with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence Strong experience with Jira Cloud (not just Server/Data Center) Proven ability to support adoption and user enablement (informal coaching vs. structured training) Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with cross-functional teams Ability to simplify concepts and help non-technical users get up to speed quickly Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach Nice to Have: Experience supporting organizations new to Jira Cloud Atlassian certifications (ACP) Background in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) Experience with basic Jira configuration and administration Third party candidates will not be considered for this opportunity.
