The candidate must have mechanical and electrical experience. Electronics experience a plus.<br><br>-Do you have a clean driving record?<br>-Do you possess outstanding communication and&nbsp;interactive customer service skills?<br>-Do you have a can-do, will-do, positive attitude with&nbsp;good follow-through skills?<br>-Can you succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment?<br><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br>-2 years Mechanical and Electrical experience, A.A. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Automotive Repair, Mechanical Repair or Electronics - Technology, or certification in same is preferred.<br>-Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic repair.<br>-Hands on Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.<br>-Working knowledge of hand and power tools.<br>-Clean driving record.<br>-Focused, willing to learn and able to work effectively &nbsp;under pressure.<br>-Strong, effective verbal and written English &nbsp;communication skills are essential.<br>-Must be available to be On Call for after hours &nbsp;schedule and capable of successfully completing work &nbsp;in an efficient and effective manner.<br><br><strong>SUMMARY</strong><br>Performs repairs and maintenance on UST/AST System components at Retail/Commercial fueling facilities. Such components may include:<br>Dispensers, Pumps, Controllers, POS consoles, Printers, Fuel Management Systems, Tanks and Tank hardware, Compressors, Filters, Tank level monitors/Leak detection equipment, Lighting and Electrical systems, Valves, Piping and Fluid conveying systems, Air motors, Hoists and Jacks, Day tanks, industrial controls, meters and registers, and other electro/mechanical equipment. &nbsp;Studies and passes written exams in proctored exam test setting for key certifications required to perform work in the regulated environment.<br><br><br>Western Pump, Inc. is firmly established with a solid market position and reputation.
