This position will be part time, approximately 9-12 hours per week and every other weekend.</p><p>Wait Staff are responsible for a wide variety of meal service responsibilities, including assisting in the preparation of meals, serving meals and washing dishes.</p><p>Job Duties:</p><ul><li>Prepares and serves beverages and meals to residents, visitors and staff according to approved menus, in a consistent and efficient delivery of service.</li><li>Assists with ensuring a smooth work flow from food preparation to delivery of meals.</li><li>Maintains responsibility for proper food handling and sanitation.</li><li>Meets resident safety needs as appropriate.</li><li>Assists in stocking and maintaining supplies for the kitchen and dining room.</li><li>Demonstrates appropriate use, sanitation and care of equipment to provide a safe and sanitary work environment using required guidelines.</li><li>Participates in MCHI and EPV committees, quality assurance, performance and quality improvement initiatives, and activities which support the facility and department operations.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",
