This role is ideal for a professional with solid sales experience who can confidently lead client conversations, manage deals with moderate complexity, and consistently move opportunities through the pipeline. The Sales Executive works with some autonomy while still receiving guidance on strategy, pricing, and complex negotiations. While your duties will depend on the specific needs of your client, they will include, but not be limited to: Manage assigned sales opportunities from lead qualification through deal closure. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives. Present company services and solutions in a clear, consultative, and value-focused way. Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline stages, notes, and follow-up activities. Follow up consistently with prospects to address questions, objections, and next steps. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handoff and alignment once a deal is closed. Meet individual sales targets and activity metrics. Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales performance. Support upsell or cross-sell opportunities when appropriate. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management roles. Experience managing the sales process with limited supervision. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deals at the same time. Coachable mindset with a balance of independence and collaboration. Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs RAM: 16 GB minimum 25 - 50 Mbps Internet Speed (Min) USB headset with noise-canceling (ideally) Benefits Compensation & Growth At WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success. Note: The figures below reflect our 2026 ranges; each tenure milestone will increase each year. 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month). After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month Two Annual Adjustments: Every year, you benefit from two salary increases: one on your work anniversary, recognizing your continued tenure with WorkBetterNow, and one at the start of each calendar year, when all salary ranges are updated company-wide.
