We don’t just "sell" a service; we provide a lifeline to patients in skilled nursing facilities and rehab centers who cannot travel for care. In this role, you aren't chasing cold leads. You are the strategic face of our brand , ensuring our partners have everything they need to provide exceptional patient outcomes. Why Leaders Choose All-Stat: True Account Ownership: Manage your book of business with the autonomy and trust you deserve. Service Over Sales: This is a retention-focused role . Your success is measured by the strength and longevity of your partnerships, not just a call volume metric. Direct Influence: Work closely with leadership in a high-visibility role where your ideas directly impact company expansion. Strategic Impact: Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers across Indianapolis healthcare community. What You’ll Do As an Account Executive, you are the primary liaison between our clinical team and our facility partners. You will: Nurture & Retain: Support existing client accounts by coordinating high-level meetings and tracking facility needs. Act as a Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between customer feedback and our internal leadership teams to ensure seamless service. Optimize Performance: Use CRM tools and data to identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction. Presence in the Field: Spend time in the Indianapolis community, becoming a trusted resource for LTC and SNF administrators. What You Bring Experience: Proven success in an Account Executive or Account Management role (Healthcare, LTC, or SNF experience is a major plus). Communication: Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills; you are comfortable speaking with everyone from facility staff to C-suite executives. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. Organization: A self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without losing the personal touch. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
