This position will serve as a supporting resource for Technology Project Managers in managing and maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings, and serving in an overall coordination capacity to successfully complete bond funded projects. The TPC will support the Technology Project Management team by responding to technology project requirements and provide the necessary support to successfully deliver projects on time and on budget. The TPC will manage and coordinate the implementation of complex Information Technology (IT) projects, identify and coordinate with the project team to resolve technical issues, develop project presentations, etc.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Successfully support in the coordination of 5 to 10 projects simultaneously, ranging in value and complexity.</li>\n <li>Document and report all project data accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Successfully support in the delivery of IT projects on schedule and within budget.</li>\n <li>Report and collaborate with Program Management Office on all IT project matters.</li>\n <li>Review and develop IT related contract documents and ensure deliverables are complete and accurate.</li>\n <li>Develop detailed technical scopes of work to support IT projects.</li>\n <li>Review and coordinate the approval of IT project submittals.</li>\n <li>Coordinate budget and schedules, as well as coordinate with the Asset Management team.</li>\n <li>Track all project status and provide management reports relative to overall program, relative to construction project delivery schedules.</li>\n <li>Assist with change order review and evaluation with Construction Project Manager and Cost Estimators.</li>\n <li>Plan, organize, coordinate, and report performance of IT projects to include cost and schedule.</li>\n <li>Update risks logs and identify risk mitigation plans.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years of experience in coordination and management of multiple IT projects; experience within a capital improvement programs and familiarity with relevant codes and standards</li>\n <li>Experience integrating technology within construction and engineering projects.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating on multiple IT projects with differing complexities and size.</li>\n <li>Experience researching validating components for complex technology projects.</li>\n <li>Involvement of all parts of the project life cycle, to include planning, design and closeout in regard to IT.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting a variety of technologies including but not limited to Network, Server, VoIP, CCTV, AV, Storage, Wireless.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Certifications in technology or project management related fields</li>\n <li>Familiarity with bidding and contracting process, and with programs that utilize public funds</li>\n <li>Experience facilitating and coordinating end user training sessions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>Vanir offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package that includes 401(k) Savings with employer matching contributions, medical, dental, vision, health savings account (HSA) with employer contributions, life, AD&D and disability benefits, flexible spending account (FSA), voluntary benefits, Teladoc, pet insurance, paid time off, national employee assistance program (EAP) and employee referral program.</p>\n<h2>How to Apply</h2>\n<p>If you're interested in working for Vanir please visit our website to learn more and to apply online at www.vanir.com.</p>\n<p>   </p>\n<p>VEVRAA Federal Contractor</p>\n<p>Request Priority Protected Veteran Referrals</p>\n<p>EOE Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Disabled</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Contact Email: [email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Persons with medical limitations may, with reasonable accommodations, be capable of performing the duties of this position.
