Sessions may be in office or in the community at clients’ homes.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain case records and reports according to agency policies and state guidelines, Rule 132 and Rule 140.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in case consultations and reviews with agency personnel and outside professionals.</li><li>Engage in development and planning activities for the Counseling Program.</li><li>Conduct clinical assessments and provide crisis interventions as needed.</li><li>Meet monthly productivity targets and standards for timely completion of clinical documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and education requirements.</li><li>Participate in agency meetings, conferences, and training programs as recommended.</li><li>Travel to various Catholic Charities sites and other locations as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned within the guidelines of this position.</li></ol><p><strong>Great Employer Provided Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Time-off: 14 Holidays - 15 Vacation days - 5 Paid Leave days and 9 Sick days</li><li>Medical/Dental/Vision Health Insurances</li><li>Flexible Spending Account</li><li>Short-term Disability Insurance</li><li>Long-Term Disability Insurance (employee paid optional)</li><li>Life and AD&amp;D Insurance</li><li>403B Retirement Plan with employer contributions</li><li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li></ul>",
