    "requisitionDescription": "<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Description:<br><br></span>We are looking for a candidate to work full-time and perform assembly and testing of electronics or electro-mechanical parts for a commercial aviation company in the south Seattle area.<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br>Core Responsibilities:<br><br></span></div><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Test and repair aircraft components in accordance with company provided data (manuals, drawings, procedures, etc.) and company provided training.</li><li>Correctly, concisely, and legibly fill out all company forms and reports as required by management (both written and online).</li><li>Work with co-workers to achieve goals and objectives set by management.</li><li>Work with management to develop new processes and procedures as necessary.</li><li>Assist in basic shop upkeep and maintenance including routine cleaning of the technician&rsquo;s work area and periodic shop maintenance assignments.</li><li>Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external representatives, including management, customer reps, FAA inspectors, airline inspectors and similar (training provided).</li><li>Any other duties as assigned.</li></ul><div><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience &amp; Skills:<br><br></span></div><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Experience using a variety of hand tools and electrical meters (requiring manual dexterity).</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge a plus.</li><li>Familiarity and understanding of ANSI/IPC-A-610B or equivalent.</li><li>Basic Computer Skills including MSFT Office, Word and Excel proficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to perform basic algebraic calculations.</li><li>Able to read, analyze and interpret technical documents like; engineering drawings/schematics, specifications, and work instructions.</li><li>Good verbal and listening skills. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.</li><li>Previous exposure to manufacturing in an aerospace environment is preferred</li><li>Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination</li><li>Ability to sit long periods of time while performing work.</li><li>May require performing visually detailed close-up work.</li><li>Pre-employment job skills testing may be required.</li></ul><div><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Education:<br><br></span></div><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Requires a High School Education or GED Equivalent, prefer skilled trade classes or certification</li></ul><div><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Compensation:</span><br><br></div><ul id=\"isPasted\"><li>Hourly position commensurate with experience and skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Company provides paid vacation and personal/sick leave, health, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with matching contribution and flexible work hours.</li></ul><div><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">About Us:</span><br><br>This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to learn and grow with the company and thrive professionally in our aviation shop environment.&nbsp;<br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br><br></span></div>\n",
