Come join us and help shape the future!</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Your Impact</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Critical infrastructure policy advisory services to our emergency management state and local clients&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Serving as a subject matter expert and policy advisor on disaster infrastructure programs, advising sector leadership on complex federal funding policy and programmatic requirements</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Managing internal project teams and advising state and local government clients on complex infrastructure recovery programs strategy and policy&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Leveraging a deep understanding of the Federal Funding policy and regulatory requirements to advise applicants on eligibility and resolve compliance issues during project development</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Oversee end-to-end grant delivery process for a portfolio of state and local applicants</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and grant documentation supporting eligible infrastructure repair and replacement</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Lead Business Development activities including proposal writing, pre- positioning, and pipeline development and planning.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Represent WSP at industry/trade association events and meetings.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelors Degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, Business or equivalent.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10+ years of experience working on Emergency Management Infrastructure Programs.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience with systems such as FEMA Grants Portal, FEMA GO, EMMIE, other grant software such as GMS, EM Grants.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ability to obtain a FEMA badge, which requires US Citizenship.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ability to technically write to grant funded RFPs and RFQs.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Prior hands-on experience related to supporting recovery and rebuild of infrastructure impacted by all types of natural and man-made disasters (hurricane, flood, tornado, fire, and winter storm), such as FEMA PA Category A-G projects.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">High competency in executive and verbal written communication, including the ability to create nuanced/policy complex recommendation documents and present to high level stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Experience managing projects of various sizes, including developing a project plan, managing a team, creating and managing project budgets, and presenting deliverables to a client.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Must have a current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.&nbsp; Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ability to mobilize within 24-48 hours, commit to extended assignments in remote locations and disaster conditions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Proven success as a disaster infrastructure policy consultant at the federal, state, county, or local levels of government.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Proven skills in business development and client/partnership management.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In this role you must be competent and fully proficient at operating a computer, finding files, editing documents in adobe and word, working with Excel spreadsheets, ability to effectively interface with applications in web browsers, working knowledge of saving, renaming, editing, organizing files and moving between iPhone and PC seamlessly.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">PMP certification.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">CEM certification.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Masters in Public Administration or Emergency Management.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Active FEMA Badge, which requires US citizenship.</span></li></ul>",
