Using technical manuals and procedures, you'll help maintain the highest quality standards while prioritizing safety and environmental protection. Senior positions offer leadership opportunities to guide and mentor team members.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance:</strong> Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities comply with Weatherford's HSE policies, Management System, and industry regulations. Place Quality, Health &amp; Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values in all work activities.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Actively comply with and improve Weatherford's Quality Management System, maintaining service quality as an immediate priority across all business areas.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Daily Operations:</strong> Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). Repair machines and equipment using tools such as hammers, hoists, cranes, drills, wrenches, and precision measuring instruments. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to determine dimensional requirements.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Maintenance Processes:</strong> Follow established procedures for unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual inspection, painting, assembly, loading, and storage of tools. Complete all necessary documentation including AIRTs, PFTs, forms, checklists, and work orders accurately.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Equipment Handling:</strong> Operate lifting equipment, forklift trucks, and cranes (certification required) for safe movement of equipment. Accept incoming shipments and prepare outbound shipments with accurate documentation.</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span><strong>Senior Responsibilities:</strong> Lead teams in troubleshooting equipment issues, implement corrective actions, ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, conduct root cause analysis, define work schedules, and perform quality inspections.
