    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><span>As a Senior Manager - IT, you will be responsible for coordinating activities of staff engaged in business systems, computer operations, computer systems, computer programming, and company's network to assure effective computer resources are provided to users.&nbsp;</span></span></p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span>Provides solutions to a wide range of difficult and complex problems requiring extensive investigation and analysis around API Microservices Event Data Architecture; looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Provides input into departmental strategy for Digital products, Operations and focuses on policy and strategy implementation</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Requires ability to influence others outside of own level regarding policies, practices and procedures</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Assigns personnel and schedule workflow to facilitate API/Microservices projects.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Analyzes performance indicators such as number of transactions per second, response time, and number of transactions being processed to ensure systems are operating efficiently.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Analyzes problems and capabilities to develop solutions for improved operating procedures, alternate processing methods, communications, information flow, management reporting, and operational efficiency.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Directs training or trains personnel in operation of information systems related API and Microservices.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Confers with programming personnel and oversee testing of new and revised programs and procedures.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Responsible for oversight of evaluating, developing, and maintaining data systems.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Identifies system needs and directs composition of new and revised program instructions and observes operational effects.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Makes minor program and input data revisions to maintain operations.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Notifies programming and maintenance personnel if unable to locate and correct cause of error or failure.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Revises operating schedule to adjust for delays.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Prepares or reviews records and reports of production, operating, and down time.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Recommends changes in programs, routines, and quality control standards.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Meets with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Develops computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Presents recommendations to management relating to purchasing and installing hardware, software, and telecommunication equipment.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Stays abreast of advances in technology.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><span>Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>7 years required, 10 years preferred of experience managing interfaces (batch, realtime), Data processing, system analysis design, and operations.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>3 years of supervising work of subordinate employees is preferred.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Programming and systems analysis.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems &amp; interpret instructions in any form</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.</span></span></li>\n</ul>",
