This position oversees all aspects of project delivery,  ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Bauer’s high standards of quality. The Project Manager collaborates closely with clients, design teams, and internal partners to lead successful outcomes that strengthen relationships and drive repeat business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and pursue new project opportunities through networking and relationship-building.</li>\n<li>Maintain trusted relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preconstruction &amp; Bidding</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review schematic designs for constructability, logistics, and cost efficiency.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Engineers during design development.</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed budgets, conceptual estimates, and hard bids.</li>\n<li>Manage bid invitations, proposals, and bid book updates.</li>\n<li>Develop and present formal RFPs and proposals to project stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Administration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.</li>\n<li>Support Superintendents with project scheduling and milestone tracking.</li>\n<li>Maintain complete and current Submittal and RFI Logs.</li>\n<li>Review submittals and RFIs for accuracy and compliance with contract documents.</li>\n<li>Identify design gaps and constructability concerns early.</li>\n<li>Maintain QA/QC standards for all project documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commitment &amp; Contract Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate and manage contracts with architects, vendors, and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Complete full project buyout within 90 days of award.</li>\n<li>Partner with Superintendents to address performance issues.</li>\n<li>Review scopes, commitments, and change order requests for accuracy.</li>\n<li>Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication &amp; Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead preconstruction, pre-award, and project progress meetings.</li>\n<li>Manage Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.</li>\n<li>Communicate schedule requirements, material lead times, and permit needs clearly.</li>\n<li>Foster collaboration and maintain transparent communication across all project stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Field &amp; Safety Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Superintendents to uphold Bauer’s safety standards.</li>\n<li>Monitor weekly job site progress and resolve field issues as needed.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with local and state safety regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Closeout</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct pre-punch and final punch walks with the Superintendent and Owner.</li>\n<li>Manage closeout documentation and enforce contract closeout timelines.</li>\n<li>Verify all billing and change orders are complete and accurate.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage project budgets and maintain accurate job costing.</li>\n<li>Review and approve subcontractor pay applications and invoices.</li>\n<li>Prepare Owner and Subcontractor change orders in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Maintain strong financial stewardship of each project to ensure profitability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.</li>\n<li>Ability to build effective relationships across teams and disciplines.</li>\n<li>Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and contract negotiation.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>\n<li>Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of commercial construction project management experience across multiple project types.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands &amp;
