font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are currently looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Software Test Analyst – Senior:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">To attend daily stand-ups to provide updates to the rest of the cross functional team, reviewing Change Requests/User Stories/Acceptance Criteria, writing and executing test scripts, reporting defects adhering to internal JIRA defect guidelines, periodic reporting of progress for internal/external audiences, and retesting of any defect fixes.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Support initiatives run by the GSTF and demonstrate our company values by providing a clear commitment to environmental and social responsibility. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Specifics  </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support BAU activities by creating and executing detailed test cases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support test activities including identification of test conditions, creation and execution of test cases for project work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate effectively with the Test Senior, development and management teams when required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understand the operating procedures of the Test processes within Gentrack.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify areas of improvement in the testing life cycle and share the same with the Test Senior / Lead to reduce time to deployment and ensure quality of test deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Documenting mildly complex processes or procedures you identify that may be of benefit to other testers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participating in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives and backlog grooming as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong experience and knowledge of software testing lifecycle with Agile, Waterfall and mixed methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of testing management tools i.e., Zephyr Scale and JIRA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working knowledge of SQL Server, Client/Server applications, CRM, Billing, Utilities industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience of working with SQL statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience of working with REST API using Postman</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
