The ideal candidate is passionate about the Weezie brand, is great with people and is dedicated to helping achieve store goals.</p><hr><h3><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Drive&#160;Revenue:</strong> Support in-store sales efforts by engaging customers, delivering exceptional service, and demonstrating product and brand knowledge.</li><li><strong>Provide Excellent Customer Service:</strong> Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience that reflects Weezie&#8217;s values and fosters strong customer sentiment.</li><li><strong>Support Store Operations:</strong> Help with day-to-day tasks, including operating an in-store embroidery machine, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with the Team:</strong> Work closely with Corporate Retail team members to ensure all store goals are met.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3><ul><li>At least 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.</li><li>Friendly, outgoing, and positive with a passion for delivering excellent service.</li><li>A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Reliable, proactive, and committed to contributing to store success.</li><li>Comfortable using technology, such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs) and Excel.</li><li>Able to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders or step stools.</li></ul><hr><h3><strong>Additional Details:</strong></h3><ul><li>Part-time Retail Associates must be able to work at least 20 hours a week during store hours (Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5pm) and will earn between $15-20 per hour.</li></ul><p> </p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px\"><em>Weezie is an Equal Opportunity Employer that participates in E-Verify.
