The next SEOS is solutions-oriented, who takes a proactive approach to building an inclusive culture at all levels of the institution in support of a positive and healthy working environment. The SEOS is responsible for overseeing others and conducting investigations pertaining to discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct (Title IX), and retaliation complaints. In addition, the SEOS will manage the Rice’s restorative justice program.</p><p><i>The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Title VI and VII of the CRA, Title IX, ADA/504 and demonstrate knowledge of equal opportunity, human resources, compliance, and other related fields.</i></p><p><strong><u>Workplace Requirements</u></strong></p><p>This position is offered as a hybrid role, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and support collaboration.
