The education faculty teaches a broad range of elementary and secondary education administration courses, including leadership, legal and ethical environments in schools, Human Resources and Finance, student advising, college and university committee membership, and recruitment of new students. The applicant must be able to collaborate with graduate faculty to maintain program excellence and coherence. They also must develop and maintain a scholarly trajectory that includes publications and presentations. Applicant must have a record of exemplary experience as a school administrator with state certification. Work Performed Teach 24 semester hours per academic year; follow university policies related to instruction; attend and participate in departmental and university functions; and serve on committees as required. Quality K-12 teaching and campus principal experience are required. Qualifications Qualifications A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Education is required.
