          "text": "<p>RESPEC, seeks a Water Resource field technician in our Water market sector, located in Tampa, FL.</p><p>The Field Technician supports Water and Solid Waste projects by conducting construction quality assurance (CQA) observations, environmental monitoring, and field sampling across various media (soil, groundwater, surface water, air, and landfill gas).
