Unleashing Your Potential </li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads by example and fosters an environment of mutual respect and team work among Team Members</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift huddles and provides feedback for Team Members </li>\n <li>Leads, coaches, mentors and trains Team Members</li>\n <li>Oversees the receipt and warehousing of incoming ingredients and packaging materials</li>\n <li>Responsible for managing all material transfers to production </li>\n <li>Responsible for scheduling all drivers/trucks/carriers</li>\n <li>Responsible for inventory accuracy and cycle counting process</li>\n <li>Assists planning team with managing inventory levels</li>\n <li>Ensures Operations Management System (OMS) procedures are being followed (entering inventory into the operating system)</li>\n <li>Ensures all health and safety and food safety principles are followed and adhered to</li>\n <li>Maintains excellent working relationships and teamwork with internal departments, external customers and suppliers </li>\n <li>Updates team on daily issues and fosters an environment of continuous improvement </li>\n <li>Performs additional duties as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year leadership experience</li>\n <li><strong>Must have a valid forklift operator license (Counter Balance/Raymond Reach) from a recognized training provider</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li>\n <li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task </li>\n <li>Strong communication, organization, problem solving and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>\n <li>Experience with Warehouse Management Systems </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong><strong><u></u></strong><u></u>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
