    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>Field Service Technician I</strong></p><p><strong>Sterling Heights, MI</strong></p><p>The successful candidate will have prior work history and a proven track record in the configuration, operation, and maintenance of hand-held portable computers, as well as desktop systems, and/or servers, as well as wireless networks in an industrial manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</p><p>Knowledge and expertise in Windows operating systems management is required (Linux familiarity, in addition, would be beneficial).&nbsp;</p><p>Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications is required.&nbsp;</p><p>Experience in vehicle diagnostics and fault codes, as well as vehicle electrical and electronics systems is very desirable.&nbsp;</p><p>A bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and/or Information Technology would be beneficial.</p><p>The successful candidate will work efficiently and respectfully with others throughout all levels of a large corporate hierarchy.&nbsp;</p><p>Professional appearance, personal integrity, and excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as are strong oral and written communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>He/She will interface regularly with management and engineering groups regarding systems and product performance &ndash; initiating, reporting on, contributing, and responding to suggestions for improvement.&nbsp;</p><p>Virtual as well as interpersonal collaboration with vehicle engineering and tooling engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operations through structured problem analysis and troubleshooting should be expected.</p><p>The successful candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and conscientious. They will work well under pressure and with a well-practiced sense of urgency. They will display a positive state of mind, be very self-controlled, patient, tactful, and diplomatic.&nbsp;</p><p>A willingness and ability to organize and maintain an orderly and clean working environment are imperative.&nbsp;</p><p>Some flexibility in scheduling is to be expected. There is potential for occasional travel.</p><p><strong>Details of how the job supports the client</strong>: Ensure that all equipment is functioning for the assembly lines that produce Ram pickups from scratch.
