On any given week you might be </span><span>facilitating</span><span> a discovery workshop with a department head, assessing a vendor's product against a live business problem, supporting a pilot rollout, or presenting a benefits case to a senior stakeholder. The common thread is being able to move between contexts, ask the right questions, and translate what you find into something </span><span>useful,  whether</span><span> </span><span>that'</span><span>s</span><span> a recommendation, a risk flag, a training session, or a structured opportunity assessment.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>The role will require someone who has </span><span>operated</span><span> in versatile environments</span><span>- such as </span><span>consulting, business transformation, or similar roles where </span><span>you've</span><span> had to get up to speed quickly, work across organisational boundaries, and deliver clear thinking under pressure.</span></span><span><span> </span></span><span><span>You'll</span><span> work closely with the Head of AI Enablement, our Change and Transformation team, and AI Enablement Engineers, contributing to a joined-up approach to how AI gets implemented across Foods Connected</span><span> to drive efficiency.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Opportunity Discovery, Problem Framing &amp; Capability Building</span><span> </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work directly with business teams to </span><span>identify</span><span> where AI, automation, and data can add genuine value, through structured formats including hackathons, workshops, and discovery sessions, as well as ad hoc requests</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Help teams articulate what they </span><span>actually need</span><span> rather than just taking the brief at face value, and assess whether it is </span><span>feasible</span><span> given technical, data, and governance constraints </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Distil findings into clear, actionable problem statements that can be progressed through the implementation pipeline </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Facilitate cross-functional sessions — hackathons, process discovery workshops, </span><span>Knowledge </span><span>sharing</span><span> and </span><span>training sessions — with the ability to hold structure, draw out contributions, and leave participants with clarity on next steps </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver training on AI tools and ways of working to build literacy and confidence across the organisation</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain enough working knowledge of AI and automation capabilities to have honest, grounded conversations with business teams</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Qualification &amp;
