      "content": "<div>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>At least 2 years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably with facility-related and/or industrial projects.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and piping system design and relevant codes (such as ASHRAE, MMC, MPC, IMC, and IPC).</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for mechanical design and documentation.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience with energy-efficient system design; CEM and/or LEED accreditation is a plus.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical, innovative mechanical solutions with high attention to detail.</p>\n</li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic setting.</p>\n</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
