The Assembly Lead Technician will provide guidance, instruction, direction, coordination and leadership to assembly technicians for the purpose of achieving departmental goals. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Roles & Responsibilities Follow visual and written instructions provided. Conduct basic math calculations. Perform visual quality inspections. Train and guide new and existing team members. Record any non-conformances and follow through with potential resolutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Achieve departmental work goals. Maintain build schedules to maximize floor utilization. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Basic computer skills. Experience with Microsoft 365. Work well with others and demonstrate a great work ethic. Can work and train in all subsequent Assembly Work Centers. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Detail and process oriented. Must be able to work additional hours and weekends when required.
