    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Description :</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <p>We are seeking a highly capable engineer with a background in Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Process Design, or Mechanical Design to support the Integrated Solutions business unit, focused on custom, engineer-to-order (ETO) production environments. This role bridges product design and manufacturing execution, driving optimized material flow, process design, visual management, and advanced manufacturing integration.</p>\n <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering foundation with a systems-thinking approach to designing scalable, efficient, and repeatable production processes for highly customized products. This position plays a key role in enabling operational excellence through lean manufacturing, digital/visual factory design, and deployment of new manufacturing technologies.</p>\n <p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <p>Process &amp; Flow Design</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for custom ETO products, including layout, work sequencing, and material flow.</li>\n  <li>Develop scalable production models that balance flexibility and efficiency in low-to-medium volume, high-mix environments.</li>\n  <li>Drive line design, workstation definition, and assembly methodologies aligned with engineering intent.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Material Flow &amp; Visual Factory</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Establish best-in-class material presentation, kitting strategies, and point-of-use delivery systems.</li>\n  <li>Implement visual management systems including production control boards, standard work, and factory-wide visual standards.</li>\n  <li>Partner with supply chain and operations to ensure alignment between material availability and production flow.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Lean Manufacturing &amp; Continuous Improvement</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead lean initiatives (5S, standard work, value stream mapping, waste elimination) tailored to ETO complexity.</li>\n  <li>Identify and execute opportunities to improve throughput, reduce lead time, and increase productivity.</li>\n  <li>Utilize data-driven methods to sustain continuous improvement.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Technology &amp; Automation Integration</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Evaluate, design, and deploy new manufacturing technologies including automation, digital tools, and smart factory systems.</li>\n  <li>Support integration of engineering design outputs (CAD, BOMs, routings) into manufacturing execution systems.</li>\n  <li>Drive innovation in tooling, fixtures, and assembly aids to improve quality and ergonomics.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Cross-Functional Engineering Support</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) of custom solutions.</li>\n  <li>Serve as a technical interface between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.</li>\n  <li>Support new product introductions (NPI) and configuration-driven production setups.</li>\n </ul>\n <p>Quality &amp; Standardization</p>\n <ul>\n  <li>Define process controls and quality checks aligned with product and regulatory requirements.</li>\n  <li>Develop standardized work instructions and documentation for repeatable execution.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><strong>Required/ Minimum Qualifications :</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering</strong>, or related field.</li>\n  <li>5–10 years of experience in <strong>manufacturing engineering, process design, or production engineering</strong>, preferably in ETO or high-mix environments.</li>\n  <li>Strong understanding of <strong>manufacturing process design, material flow, and factory layout</strong>.</li>\n  <li>Experience with <strong>CAD tools, ERP/MRP systems, and engineering-to-manufacturing integration</strong>.</li>\n  <li>Working knowledge of <strong>Lean Manufacturing principles and application</strong>.<br>\n   • &nbsp; &nbsp;Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><strong>Additional / Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions<br>\n • &nbsp; &nbsp;Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
