Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ed Morse is currently seeking a <strong>Finance Manager</strong> to join our team. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides customers with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended Service Contracts and helps them purchase the right products for their needs.</li>\n <li>Submits paperwork to obtain approvals from finance sources on all finance deals in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Establishes and maintains an impeccable reputation and good working relationships with multiple finance sources including manufacturers.</li>\n <li>Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective department</li>\n <li>Accurately audits team deals post-sale</li>\n <li>Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts</li>\n <li>Structures deals for maximum profitability and collectability</li>\n <li>Fully proficient with title laws and registration process</li>\n <li>Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position</li>\n <li>Works closely with Sales Desk, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals</li>\n <li>Verifies insurance and obtains payoffs on trades with open lines.</li>\n <li>Processes federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.</li>\n <li>Checks all paperwork for correct residual, commission, buy rate, title, lien information, taxes and DMV paperwork before forwarding to the business office.</li>\n <li>Assists retail salesperson in collecting down payment and all monies associated with transaction.</li>\n <li>Assists in all other areas of the financial services department, as needed.</li>\n <li>Creates and maintains good relations with guests.</li>\n <li>Maintains High CSI</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2-years’ experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry</li>\n <li>Special Finance, subprime lending experience desirable</li>\n <li>Self-starter with a sense of urgency to deliver deals</li>\n <li>A high degree of ownership and accountability for achieving results</li>\n <li>Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize in order to optimize daily opportunities and complete necessary processes and paperwork</li>\n <li>A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Associate’s/bachelor's degree candidates preferred</li>\n <li>Must successfully complete a background and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Why Ed Morse?</p>\n<p>In addition to a rewarding career, Ed Morse offers our employees the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay</li>\n <li>Uncapped earning potential! -Bonuses, Commissions, etc.</li>\n <li>401K with company match</li>\n <li>Competitive Health Benefits including:</li>\n <li>Medical</li>\n <li>Dental</li>\n <li>Vision</li>\n <li>Supplemental Insurance options, Life Insurance, Short Team Disability & Long-Term Disability</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Quarterly Wellness Program</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Sick Pay</li>\n <li>Six Paid Holidays each calendar year</li>\n <li>Fantastic Employee Purchase Program! – Discounts on vehicles, parts & service</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Program- Get rewarded for working with friends!</li>\n <li>Become involved in our community with Ed Morse Cares</li>\n <li>Unlimited career potential- opportunities in multiple states with over 30+ brands!</li>\n <li>Ongoing Education- receive manufacturer and product knowledge training</li>\n</ul>",
