This role supports production by ensuring refrigeration systems remain reliable, compliant, and operating efficiently across multiple temperature zones. video, <a href=\"https://neiljonesfoodcompany.com/about-us/\" target=\"_blank\">Our Story - Neil Jones Food Company</a></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate, monitor, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems across multiple temperature zones.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform routine inspections of refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, vessels, pumps, valves, and associated piping.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot system issues including mechanical failures, electrical/control issues, and operational alarms.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support maintenance and repair work on Freon systems as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with different ammonia system designs, including flooded systems, liquid recirculation systems, and direct expansion (DX) systems.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements</strong>:<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have a minimum of 5 years of ammonia refrigeration experience and familiarity with Freon systems.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required certifications include a 06A Electrical License, Universal Refrigerant Handlers Card, and RETA Operator I or CARO, all maintained in active status.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must possess strong troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, flow rates, and controls.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Capable of completing detailed record-keeping, performing physical work up to 50 lbs, and working on multiple temperature ammonia systems with various configurations (flooded, liquid recirculation, DX).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check including employment and educational verification, and credit screen, and to work extended schedule and weekends during the fresh pack season, typically July to early November.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong>&nbsp;</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Medical, Dental, &amp;
