For more than 150 years Club members and their guests have ventured to the Grove to enjoy and partake in the arts, music, literature and drama as well as nature walks and fine dining.</p><p>Come spend the summer working in this unique and beautiful environment. We offer flexible schedules and excellent hourly wages for a summer only commitment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Spring Jinks:</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monday, June 8 thru June 14th, 2026</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Summer Encampment:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monday July, 6th thru July 31*, 2026</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>STAGEHAND/ PRODUCTION CREW</p><p><strong>Essential Functions (Duties include but are not limited to):</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintains cleanliness of stages, storage and working areas</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible shift or split shift of mornings and/or evenings along with weekends.</li><li>Responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down stages for both rehearsals and shows</li><li>Uses stage diagrams as a guide for the set-up of rehearsals and shows</li><li>Ability to carry large and heavy equipment on a continuous basis throughout a shift.</li><li>Reports needed repairs or unsafe conditions to management.</li><li>Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors or management in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.</li><li>Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.</li><li>Maintains supplies in a neat and organized fashion to help ensure upkeep of equipment</li><li>Maintain Club&#39;s cleaning supplies at Club&#39;s par level</li><li>Maintains security of equipment, keys, radios and supplies issued each day.</li><li>Reporting missing articles, damage or mechanical problems</li><li>Provides a professional image at all times through provided guidelines of appearance and dress.</li><li>Follows company policies and procedures. NOTE: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift and Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (i.e tables, chairs, stages, musical equipment)</li><li>Great customer service skills</li><li>Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Eye for detail</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to follow directions from banquet event orders and diagrams.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Working conditions</strong></p><p>Shift work includes, but is not limited to; working outdoors, work in challenging scenarios, take direction for multiple supervisors.</p><p>Successfully complete a background investigation and adhere to the Bohemian Club Drug Policy.</p><p>*Equal Opportunity Employer</p><p>All minors under 18 years of age employed in the state of California must have a signed permit to work at a Grove event.</p><p><strong>*California workers must receive the following breaks:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>An uninterrupted 30-minute <strong><u>unpaid</u></strong> meal break when working <strong>more than</strong> five (5+) hours in a day.</li><li>An additional 30-minute <strong><u>unpaid</u></strong> meal break when working <strong>more than</strong> 12 hours in a day.</li><li>A paid 10-minute rest period for <strong>every four</strong> hours worked.</li></ul><p><strong>*Background Checks:</strong></p><p>Employment at the Bohemian Club requires the successful completion of a criminal background check before one can work and gain access at the Bohemian Grove for Grove events.</p><p><br></p></div>\n",
