The Director will actively drive the Business Development efforts and promote the growth of the Department. Participation in weekly and long-term Department meetings is expected. It is crucial for the Director to have a comprehensive understanding of the Department's S.W.O.T. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) and to ensure the regular completion of essential divisional business tasks, such as managing the backlog and monthly billings.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Expectations:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Director's primary role is to foster the growth of the division, both internally and with external clients, through direct engagement and collaboration with consultants. Building and maintaining relationships with key industry leaders is essential to drive business opportunities and benefit PDG. Additionally, the Director is responsible for forecasting and identifying when the division requires additional support. It should be acknowledged that roles and responsibilities may vary over time and may not always align precisely with the outlined expectations.
