    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>JOB SUMMARY:  </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\">To provide support in the Guest Dining Department with special emphasis as hospitality/wait staff.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a seasonal position available during our Winter Camp season (January–March) &amp; Summer Camp Season (June-September).</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provides service in a friendly and courteous manner.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains assigned dining room in a neat, clean, safe and attractive manner.</span></li>\n<li><span>Sets up dining room for guest service which may include linens, table setting and buffet table service.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs food preparation as necessary for snack orders.</span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for special serving activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span>May perform duties of dishwasher, basic food preparation, or pantry as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span>Attends meetings and training sessions as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span>Actively supports and participates in staff spiritual life activities, including Staff Devotions and Staff Retreat.</span></li>\n<li><span>Actively supports and participates in spiritual life activities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</span></span></p>\n<p><span>High school diploma or equivalent.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS: </span></span><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
