This position works as part of the Communications Team to\nproduce high-quality communication materials. The Design Lead will strategize\naround messaging and design, producing original digital work for all AMC\nchannels, improving, overseeing, maintaining all AMC design processes. This\nrole will collaborate closely with the Multimedia Lead and across the\nCommunications Team and all departments to visually define, reinforce and\nsupport the work of AMC.<br></span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile,\nmulti-faceted designer who enjoys working with a variety of media, functions\nwell as part of a team and is interested in issues related to conservation and\nthe outdoors.<br></span><span class=\"\" style=\"font-weight: 400; background: white;\"><br>The Design Lead will use AMC’s mission of\nconservation, education and recreation to inform the design and production\ngoals for Communications Team and other AMC groups, advancing the visual brand\nof AMC.&nbsp;</span><span class=\"\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This </span><span class=\"\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">full-time position is based at\nAMC’s Boston headquarters.<br></span><br><b>Primary Responsibilities:<br></b><span class=\"\" style=\"\"><span class=\"\" style=\"\"><i style=\"\"><b>Design\nand Production</b></i><br><div style=\"font-weight: 400; text-indent: -18px;\">- As visual brand steward, take a lead role in\ndeveloping and implementing design and style guidelines to strengthen AMC’s\nvisual identity in order to increase audience engagement.<br></span><span style=\"font-style: normal; text-indent: -18px;\">- Guide design concept process across departments\nby actively engaging stakeholders to determine project goals including objective,\naudience, schedule and budget.<br></span><span style=\"font-style: normal;
