This role requires hands-on operation of Hydro-Vac trucks, supervision of field crews, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, manage, and instruct crews in Hydro-Excavation, pit cleaning, tank cleaning, and other Oil &amp; Gas-related cleaning services.</li>\n<li>Operate Hydro-Vac trucks to perform non-destructive excavation, fluid removal, and site cleaning tasks.</li>\n<li>Ensure all crew members follow safety protocols, company procedures, and regulatory guidelines (DOT, OSHA, etc.).</li>\n<li>Train and develop crew members, ensuring competency in equipment operation and job execution.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with clients, site supervisors, and internal teams to coordinate job requirements and expectations.</li>\n<li>Conduct pre- and post-job inspections of equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records, including job logs, reports, and crew performance evaluations.</li>\n<li>Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining high safety and operational standards.</li>\n<li>Be available for long shifts, overtime, and weekend work as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CDL-B with Tanker Endorsement (Required)</li>\n<li>1+ years of commercial driving experience (Required)</li>\n<li>1+ years of Hydro-Vac or heavy equipment operation experience (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Leadership or supervisory experience in a field operations role (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. No medical exemption.
