Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Sales Operations Specialist for a senior level role within our Process Technology business group, based in our Charlotte, NC location .
This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Excellence and play a pivotal role in leading the transition from our legacy ERP system to S4/Hana. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and facilitate the transition of the Commercial Organization (Lead to Cash) from legacy ERP systems to S4/Hana, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to help define commercial project scope, objectives, and deliverables related to the ERP transition.
Virtually project manages a cross functional team dedicated to the successful implementation of S4/Hana from the Commercial perspective, providing guidance and support to the commercial teams throughout the transition.
Leverage expertise in ERP systems to identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated to the Commercial team with the transition.
Monitor project progress and performance and ensure alignment with commercial business goals, leaders, and timelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
Participate in ongoing working meetings, workstream updates, and related workshops to ensure proper representation for the Process Technology commercial function.
Manage functional testing by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating with the technical teams to fix bugs and resolve issues.
Drive process harmonization and alignment across the commercial and other functional workstreams.
Conduct training for end-users, documenting new processes, and supporting the adoption of new workflows.
Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, data mapping, and cutover steps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address commercial process gaps and opportunities for process improvements related to the S4/Hana implementation.

YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years of transferable experience in a sales or commercial function. 3+ years of experience with a strong understanding of SAP/ERP systems, particularly in transition and implementation projects, and their application within sales processes. 3+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
