      "content": "<div>\n<h3><a name=\"corporate-ehs-leadership-compliance\"></a>Corporate EHS Leadership &amp; Compliance</h3>\n\n<li>Develop, implement, and continuously improve a standardized corporate EHS management system across all Dempsey facilities.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary company representative for OSHA, EPA, DOT, local environmental agencies, and regulatory inspections.</li>\n<li>Conduct facility audits, compliance inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations while ensuring timely corrective action completion.</li>\n<li>Establish and monitor leading and lagging safety indicators, providing monthly executive-level reporting and recommendations.</li>\n<li>Manage environmental permitting, regulatory reporting, hazardous waste management, wastewater compliance, and environmental stewardship initiatives.</li>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and test company-wide Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), emergency response procedures, crisis communications, and business continuity protocols.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"X3a066ac98e8d8b177ee8d60f6afbbd05622c3a7\"></a>Healthcare Laundry &amp; Accreditation Compliance</h3>\n\n<li>Lead and support compliance initiatives associated with Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) standards and Hygienically Clean certification requirements.</li>\n<li>Partner with Operations and Quality teams to ensure facilities maintain accreditation standards related to employee safety, infection prevention, quality assurance, and operational controls.</li>\n<li>Support audit readiness and corrective action implementation associated with accreditation reviews.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"production-laundry-operations-safety\"></a>Production &amp; Laundry Operations Safety</h3>\n\n<li>Partner with plant leadership to identify and mitigate risks associated with industrial laundry processing, automated material handling systems, conveyors, finishing equipment, tunnel washers, dryers, boilers, and chemical dispensing systems.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), and risk assessments for production operations.</li>\n<li>Oversee Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, ergonomics, chemical handling, and noise exposure programs.</li>\n<li>Lead Management of Change (MOC) reviews and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new equipment, facility expansions, and process modifications.</li>\n<li>Drive employee engagement through near-miss reporting, behavioral-based safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"maintenance-engineering-safety\"></a>Maintenance &amp; Engineering Safety</h3>\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with OSHA standards governing electrical safety, confined space entry, fall protection, hot work, machine safeguarding, and contractor management.</li>\n<li>Administer Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) training and exposure control plans where applicable.</li>\n<li>Review contractor safety plans and oversee contractor onboarding and compliance activities.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to integrate safety requirements into preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li>\n<li>Oversee life-safety inspections and compliance programs for fire suppression systems, emergency eyewash stations, emergency lighting, boilers, pressure vessels, and related infrastructure.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"fleet-safety-transportation-compliance\"></a>Fleet Safety &amp; Transportation Compliance</h3>\n\n<li>Develop and manage a comprehensive fleet safety program covering route service representatives, delivery drivers, transportation personnel, and company-owned vehicles.</li>\n<li>Administer driver qualification programs, MVR review processes, defensive driving training, and driver coaching initiatives.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with applicable FMCSA and DOT regulations including:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>Driver Qualification Files</li>\n<li>Drug &amp; Alcohol Testing Programs</li>\n<li>Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Requirements</li>\n<li>Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)</li>\n<li>Hours of Service Compliance</li>\n\n\n<li>Investigate vehicle accidents and near-misses while utilizing telematics and camera systems to identify coaching opportunities and reduce risk.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"training-safety-culture\"></a>Training &amp; Safety Culture</h3>\n\n<li>Design, implement, and maintain company-wide EHS training programs.</li>\n<li>Lead OSHA compliance training initiatives including:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>OSHA 10/30</li>\n<li>Hazard Communication (GHS)</li>\n<li>Lockout/Tagout</li>\n<li>Forklift Safety</li>\n<li>Confined Space Entry</li>\n<li>Fall Protection</li>\n<li>First Aid/CPR/AED</li>\n<li>Emergency Response Procedures</li>\n\n\n<li>Develop onboarding safety orientation programs for all new employees.</li>\n<li>Lead safety committees and mentor site-level safety champions throughout the organization.</li>\n<li>Promote a culture where safety is recognized as a core value and business priority.</li>\n\n<div><a name=\"incident-management-regulatory-reporting\"></a>Incident Management &amp; Regulatory Reporting</div>\n\n<li>Manage company-wide incident reporting, investigation, and recordkeeping systems.</li>\n<li>Maintain OSHA 300 and 300A logs and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct root cause investigations utilizing methodologies such as 5-Why Analysis, SCAT, and Fault Tree Analysis.</li>\n<li>Partner with Human Resources to manage workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and injury prevention initiatives.</li>\n<li>Prepare and submit OSHA, EPA, DOT, Tier II, wastewater, and state regulatory reports accurately and on time.</li>\n\n</ul></li></ul></li></div>"

      "content": "<h3><a name=\"education-certifications\"></a>Education &amp; Certifications</h3>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification.</li>\n\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n\n<li>Certified Safety Professional (CSP)</li>\n<li>Associate Safety Professional (ASP)</li>\n<li>Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)</li>\n<li>OSHA 510 or OSHA 511 certification</li>\n<li>DOT/FMCSA compliance certification</li>\n<li>First Aid/CPR Instructor certification</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"experience\"></a>Experience</h3>\n\n<li>7-10 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial laundry, textiles, distribution, logistics, or multi-site operations.</li>\n<li>Experience managing fleet safety programs and DOT compliance.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success improving safety performance and reducing incident rates.</li>\n<li>Experience leading OSHA, EPA, and DOT inspections and audits.</li>\n<li>Prior experience supporting healthcare laundry accreditation standards is highly desirable.</li>\n\n<h3><a name=\"knowledge-skills-abilities\"></a>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</h3>\n<div>\n<h4><strong>Travel: Up to 40% (multi-site travel required)</strong><br><strong>Location: Corporate oversight of all Dempsey Uniform &amp; Linen Supply facilities</strong></h4>\n</div>\n\n<li>Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, FMCSA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements.</li>\n<li>Understanding of industrial laundry operations, chemical handling systems, steam generation equipment, and production safety programs preferred.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels of the organization.</li>\n<li>Experience using EHS management software and Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.</li>\n"
