    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Under the general direction of the Shift Manager, Table Games, this position is responsible for the overall management and profitability of table games on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. Develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports, implements all new table games initiatives as directed; actively participates in the recruitment and hiring process. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Accountabilities&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Provides leadership and direction to the table games operations as well as develops performance objectives and delivers performance evaluations for direct reports</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitors table games operations on a shift basis</span></li>\n <li><span>May monitor slots at some locations</span></li>\n <li><span>Responds to and resolves issues as escalated</span></li>\n <li><span>Verifies requests for fills/credits on the gaming floor; verifies and maintains inventories</span></li>\n <li><span>Verifies jackpots and table games wins</span></li>\n <li><span>Assesses active table game performance/results and reports to the Shift Manager</span></li>\n <li><span>Trains team members</span></li>\n <li><span>Participates in all table games marketing initiatives</span></li>\n <li><span>Inspects the games area for repair, maintenance and facilities reporting</span></li>\n <li><span>Verifies team members timesheets</span></li>\n <li><span>Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments</span></li>\n <li><span>Develops and cultivates strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations</span></li>\n <li><span>Manages other initiatives as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>High School Diploma</span></li>\n <li><span>Post Secondary education or suitable combination of education and experience an asset</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 3 years of experience in table games management</span></li>\n <li><span>Minimum 3 years leadership experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective and service oriented communication</span></li>\n <li><span>Computer literacy in MS Office</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Work Environment Considerations</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Regular casino environment, standing or walking for long periods of time, some exposure to noise, some exposure to verbal abuse, non-traditional work hours</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><i>Great Canadian Entertainment is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and we welcome all qualified applicants to apply to join our team of unique contributors.
