Veterans are always welcome and encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualified candidate:</strong></p><p><br>• Has 12-24 months of hands-on troubleshooting experience.<br>• Can perform installation, inspection, preventive maintenance, and basic repair of biomedical and dental equipment at customer sites.<br>• Knows how to provide responsive, professional support to staff in healthcare and academic settings.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect a range of biomedical and dental devices and systems.<br>• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing in accordance with industry and manufacturer standards.<br>• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and complete timely, accurate repairs with appropriate documentation.<br>• Maintain accurate service records in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including parts used and work performed.<br>• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment status, safe operation, and basic user-level maintenance.<br>• Support senior technicians on larger projects, installations, and upgrades as needed.&nbsp;</p>",
