We need people who are able to prioritize and can effectively articulate&nbsp;complex issues to technical and non-technical team members.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide strong leadership and be a security thought leader and support a line of business within Tradeweb</li>\n <li>Promote strategic direction and influence security architecture adoption in product strategy and roadmap</li>\n <li>Drive adoption towards secure design and architecture patterns</li>\n <li>Drive cyber risk decisions and foster a strong technology and cyber risk management culture throughout the enterprise.</li>\n <li>Perform end-end security architecture reviews&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Help prioritize remediation efforts of security vulnerabilities in applications, systems, and architecture</li>\n <li>Provide assistance and support to teams in developing and implementing remediation strategies for code and system vulnerabilities</li>\n <li>Help develop security blueprints and security assertion templates</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain deep business knowledge</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships with technology, risk and compliance teams&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Interface with external regulators, internal and external audit teams, and clients to explain security risks and controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or Engineering</li>\n <li>10+ years of information security experience</li>\n <li>5+ years of security architect or security partner experience</li>\n <li>Wide range of technical experience across multiple Cyber Security domains</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of security architecture patterns, requirements, and security controls</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of threat modeling frameworks and methodologies</li>\n <li>Experience in conducting secure code reviews</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical and non-technical concepts in verbal products &amp; excellent writing skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of key legal and regulatory compliance, e.g. GDPR, RegSCI</li>\n <li>Knowledge of common frameworks and standards such as NIST, CIS, ISO</li>\n <li>Financial services experience, or experience in the financial technology ('FinTech') area is preferable</li>\n <li>Industry certifications from vendors: ISA, SANS, CompTIA or eLearn Security is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information</b></p>\n<p>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
