This role is critical to ensuring timely, professional service and maintaining our high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $28.00 -$32.00 per hour, based on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance (individual & family coverage)</li>\n <li>Paid holidays and paid time off, including 7 paid sick days</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li>\n <li>Paid training and professional development opportunities</li>\n <li>Supportive team culture focused on safety, quality, and communication</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver and pick up rental equipment safely and on time</li>\n <li>Load, unload, and properly secure equipment for transport</li>\n <li>Perform daily pre-trip inspections and address issues promptly</li>\n <li>Inspect returned equipment and document condition/damages</li>\n <li>Complete delivery/pickup paperwork and photos accurately</li>\n <li>Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of truck and trailer</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid CDL license</li>\n <li>Current DOT medical card</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of driving experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions</li>\n <li>Strong safety mindset and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Comfortable using GPS/navigation tools</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
