    "description": "<h2>Geo-Salary Information</h2>\n<p><em><strong>An in-person interview may be required during the hiring process</strong></em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>State specific pay scales for this role are as follows:</p>\n<p>$56,701 to $102,219 (NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)</p>\n<p>$51,546 to $92,927 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)</p>\n<p>$46,392 to $83,634 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In CA: Typical hiring range is $71,514 to $87,406</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>Education:\n<p></p>\n<p>Minimum: High school diploma required Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience</p>\n<p>Preferred: 2 years undergraduate coursework or formal technical training preferred. I-Car (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) and ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications a plus preferred</p>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: 2-5 years minimum experience in automobile appraisal required Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience</p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: Strong knowledge of collision related auto repairs and estimating. Experience creating computerized appraisals using Mitchell, CCC, and Audatex estimating platforms. Effective communication skills to manage relationships with internal and external. customers/vendors.
