Description
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated and willing to step in and help wherever necessary. This individual will be a team player, has an increased mechanical aptitude, and is detailed in their work.
Pay Rate: $24-$30 (wage review after 90 days of employment)
Job Status: Full-time (direct hire)
Schedule: Monday-Friday day hours
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Department: Maintenance
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Job responsibilities may include:
Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure
PM Repairs
Maintaining property
Maintaining maintenance reporting system
Skills and Qualifications:
Maintenance experience/knowledge
Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and independently
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
Mechanical knowledge
Electrical skills required
Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting Manufacturing machines
Experience with PM’s (Preventative Maintenance Program)
Knowledge of steel fabrication a plus
Ability to read blueprints
Plumbing experience required
Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with other verbally
Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems
MUST be able to show up to work on time with a positive attitude and willingness to work with a TEAM!!!
