    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div align=\"center\" data-pasted=\"true\"><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"624\" class=\"fr-selection-handle-hover\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Summary of Duties</strong></p><p>Maintains City buildings including the operation, maintenance, and repair of work related.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Completes work orders;</li><li>Purchases maintenance products as needed using City purchasing card;</li><li>Performs maintenance or installation of equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems including light replacement, fence repair, and lavatory maintenance;</li><li>Maintains and repairs vehicles and equipment as needed;</li><li>Removes snow and ice and applies treatments as needed;</li><li>Operates and maintains a variety of equipment including all related tools, mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, snow blowers, spreaders as needed.</li><li>Responds to City emergencies and priorities and maintains city phone to be called-in as needed;</li><li>Assists with special projects and performs other similar duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><em>Essential duties specific to the building&#39;s assignment:</em></p><ul><li>Maintains electrical, plumbing, roof, furniture, appliances, paint, and drywall as needed.</li></ul><p><em>Essential duties specific to the Facilities buildings maintenance worker assignment:</em></p><ul><li>Cleans sidewalks using push brooms, shovels, blowers, and mechanical sweepers;
