You’ll work across a range of projects that drive key commercial decisions for products that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. \n \nYou will contribute to the development and execution of research plans, coordinate project workflows, and support the synthesis and delivery of impactful insights. This is a collaborative and growth focused role — ideal for someone who is highly organized, intellectually curious, and excited to be part of a mission driven team.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\n Project Coordination & Execution \n\n Manage day to day activities of research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met\n Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and develop strategic insights to inform client decisions\n\n Draft high quality research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, and deliverables\n Own first drafts and QC processes to ensure work is clear, error free, and aligned with project goals\n Analyze project specific data and contribute to insight generation\n Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.\n\n Client & Team Collaboration \n\n Partner closely with internal team members to manage workflow, flag capacity needs, and meet deadlines\n Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback cycles\n Engage with clients professionally and credibly, contributing to proposals and presentations when opportunities arise\n\n Strategic Thinking & Learning \n\n Understand and apply project objectives in the context of client strategy\n Build therapeutic area expertise through both primary and secondary research\n Take ownership of tasks, problem solve proactively, and communicate clearly\n\n Growth & Contribution \n\n Actively reflect on feedback and seek opportunities to grow and develop\n Participate in internal initiatives such as training, recruiting, or knowledge sharing\n Embody Basis Health’s guiding principles of integrity, growth mindset, team orientation, authenticity, and sustainability\n\n Requirements\n\n Required for Associate Level: \n\n 0–2 years of relevant work experience (internships or academic research welcome)\n Strong written and verbal communication skills\n High attention to detail and organizational ability\n Comfort working in a fast paced, team oriented environment\n Interest in healthcare and strategic research\n\n Required for Senior Associate Level: \n\n 2–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, insights, or life sciences strategy\n Demonstrated ability to manage components of research projects independently\n Strong analytical skills and ability to connect data to insights\n Experience working directly with clients or cross functional stakeholders\n\n Benefits\n\n Why Join Basis Health? \n\n Meaningful, mission driven work in a high impact industry\n Entrepreneurial, collaborative culture with room to grow\n Mentorship and clear pathways for career development\n Exposure to senior leadership and client interactions from day one.\n Hybrid working model and physical offices in NYC and Chicago (in office 3 days per week)\n Competitive compensation and benefits\n\n Basis Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
