Come join a company that values you from day one!&quot;</u></em></p><p>Successful Maintenance Mechanics work well in a fast paced, production environment, and keep the equipment running smoothly through a combination of preventive maintenance and just in time repairs. &nbsp;</p><p><br>&nbsp;In this position you will:</p><ul><li>Perform regular preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment including folders, inserters, and tabbers</li><li>Perform electro-mechanical related maintenance as required or demonstrate basic mechanical skills</li><li>Ensure that all safety devices are in place and functioning properly</li><li>Read and interpret job instructions and assist with machine set-ups</li><li>Perform just in time repairs to computerized and electronic systems, including camera systems, and sensors</li></ul><p>Experience and Education:</p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of tools used for SAE or Metric hardware</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to work without close supervision</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk constantly for duration of shift</li><li>Must have a High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred</li><li>2-3 years of prior mechanical experience required</li></ul><p>This full-time position includes the following benefits:</p><ul><li>Medical coverage</li><li>Dental and Vision coverage</li><li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li><li>401k saving plan with company match</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Shift Premium for 3rd Shift</li><li>Perfect Attendance Bonus</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
