EXPERIENCE</b></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">* Minimum 3+ years of welding, fabrication, or sheet metal experience.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">* Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience (Lead or Supervisor).&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.5in\">* High school diploma or GED required;
