Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality, while supporting the successful delivery of projects and service commitments. The Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating sales into execution, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, supporting the overall success and reputation of Harbour Door Services.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Operations Leadership &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead all operational activities including installation, service and maintenance, and project execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Scheduling &amp; Resource Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee scheduling of installation and service work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Allocate labour, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines and customer expectations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor workflow and adjust priorities as required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Project &amp; Service Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure smooth execution of projects from handoff through completion</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work closely with Sales and Estimating to ensure clarity of scope and requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Resolve operational issues and escalate where required</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Team Leadership &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and manage operational team members including Project Manager, Sales &amp; Service Coordinators, Installers/Technicians, and Warehouse Coordinator</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide coaching, direction, and performance management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support training and development of technical staff</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Purchasing &amp; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5–10 years of experience in construction, service, or installation-based operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience managing teams in a field or shop environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of scheduling, project coordination, and service delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in overhead doors, construction, or related trades is an asset</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of health and safety practices and requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
