PAY: $18.00 to $24.00 PER HOUR
ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS: Your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family.
FUNCTIONS STATEMENT:
Supervise and control assigned cage sections to assure the accurate accounting of all transactions according to casino standards, while maintaining the integrity of all staff and procedures. MAJOR DUTIES:
Provide supervision directly over Casino Cashiers. Duties include customer complaints. Employee coaching and disciplinary action. Assure that all policies and procedures are in compliance. Responsible for all jackpot payouts, i.e. W2-G’s and all Title 31 documents. Provide outstanding customer service to all patrons. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of all aspects of the casino. Institute and enforce casino and gaming policies and procedures in accordance with the Minimum Internal Control Standards . Maintains security and accountability of casino bankroll and chip inventory. Responsible for overseeing all Casino Cashiers and Credit Operations during shift. Supervise and train Casino Cashiers. Ensure an orderly and positive working environment in the Cage. Schedule, train and evaluate all non-supervisory cage personnel. Pre-audit and investigate variances, which include daily paperwork. Maintain adequate cash inventories for all of the cage areas. Responsible for Casino Cashier rotation on each assigned shift. Provide oversight functions of Cashier personnel. Responsible for assurance of game protection. Administering the overall Cage department during assigned shift, in accordance with management’s directives and the policies prescribed in the Minimum Internal Control Standards . Application and completion of federal cash reporting requirements including Title 31 compliance. Complete all documentation as required for assigned shift. Responsible for Cage contents and inventories. Resolve financial discrepancies.
