In this role, you will work directly with the Director of HR Technology and team to implement and enhance HR systems, ensure accurate and efficient data transfers, and drive innovative solutions that support business operations. You’ll combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes to optimize system functionality, improve reporting, and deliver exceptional customer support.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS/Payroll system functionality and related business practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and manage project plans for HRIS initiatives, mentoring team members on project management best practices.</p></li>\n <li><p>Evaluate, implement, and configure new HR systems, modules, and data transfers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design stable, user-friendly system solutions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage system enhancements, troubleshoot errors, and recommend improvements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with vendor partners to optimize functionality and resolve system issues.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide escalated technical assistance and respond to complex user inquiries.</p></li>\n <li><p>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and workflows.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct regular system and data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and deliver training for HR and employee system users.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technology.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About You</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.</p></li>\n <li>Experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD required</li>\n <li>Experience with PowerBI preferred</li>\n <li><p>4+ years of HRIS, Payroll, or eLearning systems administration experience.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience implementing and integrating configurable HR or Payroll systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; SharePoint knowledge preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with Dayforce strongly preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support diverse user groups.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling confidential information.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
