Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative oversight and strong, consistent supervision for departmental personnel, including performance evaluations. • Serve as an active, solutions‑focused member of the agency’s Management Team, contributing to a collaborative, forward‑thinking organizational culture. • Build a unified vision across supervised departments, fostering teamwork, clarity, and shared purpose. • Represent the agency through public speaking engagements to internal and external audiences, promoting awareness, education, and positive relationships. • Develop and deliver information and training materials using available technology to enhance staff development and community understanding. • Lead program planning, development, implementation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with all regulations, mandates, and policies of assigned departments. • Maintain fiscal oversight of assigned departments and contribute to the development and monitoring of agency budgets, including Needs-Based and County budgets. • Act as a liaison with community partners, representing the agency on assigned projects and workgroups. • Champion interagency collaboration by developing initiatives that strengthen partnerships and service coordination.
