You will: Drive net-new revenue growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Prospect and engage new clients , building relationships with decision-makers from operations leaders to C-suite executives. Forecast demand and manage your pipeline to consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Position Vision33’s full suite of solutions and services , ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of partnering with us. Lead compelling sales presentations and solution discussions , translating complex technology into clear business outcomes. Collaborate with regional leadership, sales and delivery team to craft winning proposals and close deals. Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales activity tracking to support forecasting and growth planning. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years of successful ERP or enterprise software sales experience , ideally within the SMB market. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a reliable pipeline. Consultative selling skills with the ability to build trusted relationships from operational leaders to executive stakeholders. Experience or familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, Microsoft, Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, or Macola is an asset. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value through confident presentations and discussions. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and closing skills .
