Acknowledge consumers promptly and in a courteous manor, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service to all we serve.   Communicate with multiple departments, including outside physician offices, collection of deposits, co-pays and balances. Notify Financial Advocates of ay self-pay or uninsured patients. Records information into computer, scans required documents, pre-registers patients as scheduled. Enters orders for specific ancillary or admissions as rendered.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year experience in a hospital or medical office/clinic or business office, previous Admitting experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of medical terminology.</li>\n <li>Ability to type with accuracy.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.</li>\n <li>Bilingual preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.</li>\n</ul>",
