The program&rsquo;s primary goal is to promote positive behavioral change and reduce the risk of reoffending.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;\"><u>Position Summary:</u></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif;\">The Case Manager will utilize a strengths-based &amp; client-centered approach, providing structure, case management, job development and supervision to justice-involved men as they re-enter the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice-involved.
