S/he is responsible for providing support in maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas. Additional resort amenities comprise our heated swimming pools open year-round, a 150-foot water slide, scenic hiking and biking trails, fly-fishing and cross-country ski centers, and a private ice-skating rink that is available to guests throughout the winter season. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Everline Resort & Spa takes inspiration from the distinct history and experience of the property and is a nod to the historic rail lines that connected throughout the area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Discounted Palisades Tahoe Ski Pass</li>\n <li>Food & beverage, retail, and spa discounts</li>\n <li>Free rentals on ski gear, ice skates, nordic skiing, and golf course access</li>\n <li>Discounted rooms at Hyatt and CoralTree Properties</li>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.*</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement.*</li>\n <li>An employee assistance program.</li>\n <li>Paid time off*/sick time</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>*For Full Time Year-Round Team Members</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of all services/features and local attractions/activities to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries. </li>\n <li>Must be detail oriented, organized, and flexible and ensure completion of all general cleaning duties as assigned; check in with supervisor for additional assignments throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Stock cleaning carts, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas with designated supplies and equipment. </li>\n <li>Maintain complete knowledge of proper maintenance and use of equipment. </li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping linen and storage closets, and public areas as assigned (i.e. remove trash and linen, wipe down shelves/counters, vacuum carpets and area rugs, sweep and wax floor, relocate improperly stored items to proper storage areas, etc.).</li>\n <li>Follow the required procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing of, or moving objects/materials and/or the clean-up of blood, infectious materials, or bodily fluids in accordance with the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards </li>\n <li>Provides accurate key control and effective security for all keys, buildings, and vehicles. </li>\n <li>Follow proper procedures to report any damages or maintenance problems. </li>\n <li>Handle lost and found items according to department and company procedures. </li>\n <li>Report to work on time and according to posted schedule.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED or minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience). </li>\n <li>Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond quality organization preferred. </li>\n <li>Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in the basic English language. </li>\n <li>Must be available to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee willbe exposed to indoor and outdoor working environment.
